During his career, he has held significant positions, such as Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) certified through The Joint Regional Intelligence Center,  Video Investigator at American Century Investments, and Security Specialist at the Texas Department of Public Safety in Austin. Jackson holds a CA CCW permit and various certifications in weapons training, workplace violence, homeland security, and active shooter protocols.
